Judge Dismisses PR Expert Jed Wallace from Blake Lively’s Lawsuit Against Justin Baldoni

A federal judge has dismissed social media public relations expert Jed Wallace from Blake Lively’s high-profile lawsuit against Justin Baldoni. The decision by Judge Lewis Liman cited a lack of jurisdiction, noting that Wallace and his company, Street Relations, are based in Texas, not New York, where Lively’s original lawsuit was filed.
Lively had alleged that Wallace was involved in a negative publicity campaign against her after she accused Justin Baldoni of sexual harassment on the set of ‘It Ends With Us.’ The judge’s opinion stated that the “alleged negative publicity campaign against Lively largely took place outside of New York,” making it impossible to force Wallace to defend the lawsuit in the state.
Despite the dismissal, the judge clarified that Lively retains the option to pursue her claims against Wallace in a different forum or to file an amended complaint against him. This development comes as Lively continues her broader legal battle against Baldoni, his publicity team, and other defendants, claiming retaliation following her sexual harassment allegations. Wallace had also previously filed a defamation lawsuit against Lively earlier this year.
