London-based tech innovator Nothing has officially unveiled its highly anticipated first over-the-ear headphones, the Headphone (1). This new audio device marks Nothing’s expansion into the premium headphone market, building on its success with the Ear 2 open-ear headphones.

Designed in collaboration with British audio brand KEF, the Headphone (1) proudly showcases Nothing’s signature sleek, transparent aesthetic. Beyond its distinctive look, the headphones boast advanced features including robust adaptive noise cancelling and transparent modes, alongside impressive adaptive bass enhancement for a rich audio experience across various music genres.

A standout feature is the immersive spatial audio with dynamic head tracking, designed to create a lifelike, three-dimensional listening environment. Nothing has also opted for tactile buttons over sensors, providing a satisfyingly clickable volume roller and a dedicated button to trigger your AI assistant or ChatGPT via the Nothing X app.

The Headphone (1) promises exceptional battery life, claiming up to 80 hours of listening time, or 35 hours with noise cancelling activated, complemented by quick charging capabilities. Priced at $299, the Headphone (1) will be available for preorder in the U.S., U.K., and other regions starting on July 4, 2025.
