Richard Tillman, brother of the late NFL player and US Army Ranger Pat Tillman, has been taken into custody following an incident where a vehicle was reportedly driven into a San Jose post office. The U.S. Postal Inspection Service (USPIS) confirmed the arrest, stating the event is being investigated as a potentially intentional act.

Authorities responded to reports of a burning vehicle in the box lobby area of the Almaden Valley Station Post Office around 3 a.m. on Sunday. The fire was extinguished, and Richard Tillman was subsequently arrested at the scene. He is reportedly being held without bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday.

Sources indicate that Tillman told officers he live-streamed the crash on a social media platform. The San Jose Fire Department reported no injuries among the approximately 50 personnel who responded to the scene, with photos showing the charred entrance to the building.
