The jury in Sean “Diddy” Combs’ high-profile sex trafficking trial has reached a verdict on most charges, but remains deadlocked on the critical racketeering conspiracy count. After 14 hours of deliberations, jurors informed the judge late Tuesday that they had decided on two counts of sex trafficking and two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution.

However, the panel indicated “unpersuadable opinions on both sides” regarding the racketeering conspiracy charge, a significant development as the trial moves into its next phase. Combs appeared visibly distressed as the partial verdict was announced.

Deliberations are set to resume Wednesday morning at 9 a.m. EDT as the jury attempts to reach a unanimous decision on the final count. The judge has indicated the court could remain open on Thursday if further deliberation is needed, with attorneys open to extending into Monday after the holiday weekend if necessary.

The partial verdict came hours after the jury requested to review key testimonies, including Cassie Ventura’s account of the InterContinental Hotel incident and her interactions with male escort Daniel Philip, as well as Philip’s testimony concerning the Essex Hotel. Outside the courthouse, a media frenzy continued, with onlookers awaiting a full verdict. The announcement of a partial, unannounced verdict and the continuation of deliberations prompted an audible groan from the waiting crowd.
